Domestic Preparedness: Resilient Home Systems for Fragile Times

February 25 @ 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm

We live in fragile times.  We all know the issues near and far around fires, floods, hurricanes, power outages, geopolitical strife and supply chain shortages.  Yet, there is a lot the average householder can do to build in redundant systems and back up plans into your domestic situation – having a ‘plan B’ to meet your basic needs and those of your neighbours or community.

Join Cam Farnell and Bob Cervelli for a thought-provoking discussion exploring multiple ways to insure access to water, food, heating, electricity, first aid, repairs for broken items or vehicles and much more. Discussion will also pursue the benefits of close collaboration with neighbours and friends to meet these needs.

The workshop is free for all attending (donations are encouraged!).
